With over 22 years of experience in professional sports & international events, 16 years of which have been with the delivery of international football tournaments.

Since June 2021, have been a Competition Manager with FIFA Competition Management in the Tournaments & Events Division.

 

Previously, for close to 8 years was a Senior Manager in the FWC Venue & Readiness Division at the Supreme Committee of Delivery & Legacy for the Host Country of Qatar.

 

A core part of the role had been in supporting the project teams and architects by actively following the design, development and construction of the stadiums being delivered for the hosting of the FIFA World Cup 2022.

 

The focus in the earlier years was in providing guidance on the operational requirements of the Functional Areas so that it could be incorporated during the design and development phases of the stadium projects.

 

In the years prior to joining FIFA, with the transition towards the operational phase of the stadiums the focus then shifted to the planning and delivery of matches and tournaments. While also building venue teams and operational capacity towards 2022.
